Anyway, we have tested this site with a variety of old browsers (1.0 browsers my have some trouble) and, while most of them will display the site's content, it may not be very pretty.

Your personal experience and knowledge may be helpful to other users, just as others may help you. You will thus increase the overall member base and provide yourself with a great deal of personal satisfaction.
You will contribute to developing alternative operating systems. Pressure from organized user groups is a major factor in influencing developers and ISV's to continue supporting alternative operating systems and to keep the market strong and vibrant. There is strength in numbers. Let them know we're there and that we intend to stay there.
You will make many new contacts and establish your own personal network, a great asset for your personal and professional activities.
Here's an endorsement from David Moskowitz, well known OS/2 author, President of Productivity Solutions, and an active member of the PASUG
"I've been a member of various computer user groups since 1978 and have written several computer books during the past 7 years. In spite of all my years of professional computer activities, I still learn something new at every meeting. I was one of the original founders of the PACS OS/2 SIG and continue as a proud active member to this day."
